Dowen College is a private, co-educational Secondary School. It is established to provide best quality, all-round education of international standard to boys and girls of 10-18 years.

Emphasis is placed on moral development and academic excellence through diligence, honesty, discipline, integrity and respect for others.

In the belief that the upbringing of children has a base in the home, a Day Secondary School was the natural choice. Thus we re-establish mutually shared responsibilities between teachers and parents in this task. We maintain a close dialogue with parents about their children's progress.
